Merkur is one of the best chocolaterie in Zürich. Originally founded in Bern in 1905 and was bought by Läderach AG in 2004. The stores have remained Merkur, but the chocolate sold in them is now labeled Läderach.
They also offer unusual chocolates like Sushi Chocolates and Chili Pepper Chocolates.
