Peanut Butter Prawns
I attended a potluck party last Sunday and here's what I prepared.
Tiger prawns in peanut butter cream with water chestnuts and roasted peanuts.
I paired this dish with shrimp paste black "forbidden rice" - forgot to take pictures of the rice..
